Riverside Court Medical Clinic
Our healthcare providers practice out of Riverside Court Medical Clinic, the Annex (beside RCMC) and Lancaster Medical Clinic. We are a team of 11 physicians and 7 allied health professionals whose mandate is to maintain or improve the health of our patients. As a patient, you are a partner in your own healthcare. Our healthcare providers will work as a team to determine who will best address your needs on an individual basis. That means that you may not always see your family physician. Instead, your family physician may decide that you would be better served seeing one of our allied health professionals e.g. the pharmacist, dietitian or nurse practitioner. Our Allies have vast experience and knowledge in their specialties and we are excited to have them on our team.
We are also working toward improving efficiency within the FHT by using a new booking model called Better Access, measuring how long patients spend in the clinics and mapping patient flow within the clinics. At times you may be asked to help us with this when you come for your appointment. We appreciate your assistance in improving our clinics!
