To accomplish this task, a joint worker/management relationship has been established to bring workers and management together in a non-adversarial, cooperative effort to promote health and safety in the workplace. We have a certified safety officer that performs inspections and toolbox meetings at the jobsites and communicates information and recommendations to management and workers about occupational health and safety conditions and practices to maintain a safe work environment.
