Monitoring & Targeting

Monitoring & Targeting (M&T) principles are central to the operation of our analytic software and are a core competency of Energent staff. Customer energy data is analyzed against predictive baselines created using our proprietary energy performance modeling technology. This comparison enables highly-accurate measurement and verification (M&V) of both energy waste and energy savings achieved. Our modeling engine and its associated algorithms produce highly-accurate predictive energy models and form the basis of the Energent’s intellectual property (IP).

Operations Data Centre

Energent solutions are operated and maintained by staff and equipment located at the Energent Operation Data Centre (ODC). The ODC is the hub of Energent operations providing hosting and management of client data, analysis technology, modeling engines, and reporting capability. Energent’s experienced analysts are also located at the ODC. These professionals help customers by providing regular surveillance of facility data to flag anomalies, rationalize usage data and assist in identifying key changes and savings.
