Falls False Alarm Prevention Program
A single false alarm can cost you 3 to 6 months the monitoring fee. Our No False Alarm program is designed to bring you security and peace of mind. We take responsibility for false alarms caused by faulty equipment or poor design of security system. As well, we will cover one false alarm each year caused by improper use of the security system.
1 Year Warranty
There are many brands and models of alarm systems, video surveillance systems, card access systems on the market. We only use equipment that has been widely tested for stability and durability. If equipment that we have installed fails to operate properly and/or causes false alarms, we will cover parts and labour. As well, we will cover the cost of false alarms caused by your alarm system failure.
Security System Ownership
Once your security system is installed, you are the owner of all equipment and materials involved in this installation. That means low monthly payments for alarm system monitoring and flexibility to choose your service partner.
